MDF wall panels

3D wall panels

This type of wall panel appeared relatively recently. The material has a three-layer structure, MDF, a gypsum base with a reinforcing mesh and other anthologic materials can act as a base, the relief layer is made mainly of gypsum, less often wood, aluminum and other materials are used. The decorative reinforcing layer is the front side of the panel; it is treated with PVC film, enamel, and sometimes leather or veneer.

Layers of panels under the influence of high temperature and pressure are firmly bonded. The finished panel is coated with wax or acrylic varnish, which protects the panels from damage and extends their life.
